Use
You can determine the start screen of the electronic desk system-wide in this IMG activity.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers a start screen with the title Records Management for Public Sector and the SAP logo. The start screen consists of three elements, which are defined as central parameters in this IMG activity (action Determine Central Parameters).

The screens are made available in the HTML document under the fixed names ORG3.GIF and SAPLOGO.GIF. Therefore, these screens must be called up using these names. These screens will not be found if you use another name.
These screens can be stored under other names in the SAP Web Repository - the assignment is done by the calling program.
Activities
If you want to change the start screen, proceed according to the example below.
Loading the appropriate element is deactivated using the value "<NONE>".
Example
You want to change the text and include your own logo.
To do this you need to perform the following steps:
- Choose the action SAP-Web Repository. Make the object selection for the default HTML document ORG2_PS.HTML and export it into a local directory.
- Adjust the HTML document to your requirements with an appropriate layout tool. Note that you cannot change the name of the screens used (ORG3.GIF and SAPLOGO.GIF) in the HTML document. Therefore, you must also make your own logo available under the name SAPLOGO.GIF.
- Choose the action SAP Web Repository. Import the new HTML document under any name into the SAP Web Repository.
Objects in the SAP Web Repository behave like other development objects in the transport system, this means you can transport them.
- In exactly the same way, import your logo under any name into the SAP Web Repository.
You would proceed in the same way with your own background.
- Choose the action Determine Central Parameters. Define the name of your HTML document and your logo in the SAP Web Repository with the parameter ID named above as the central parameter.
