Use
In Flexible Real Estate Management, you can limit the business partner roles available on each contract type by excluding certain roles for each contract type.
In this step, you can exclude certain business partner roles for certain contract types, if they are not needed in the application. If you do not make any settings here, then all existing business partner roles are available in all contract types, as in Classic Real Estate Management.

Choose New Entries.
Assign the business role you want to exclude in the application to the given contract type. If you want to exclude more than one role for a contract type, use a new row for each one.
