Use
In this section, you make the settings necessary for using the SAP central business partner in the Real Estate environment. Perform these steps in this order.
Activities
- Relevant Settings for Business Partner in RE Context
Below this main node, you make settings for defining your own roles or for modifying the existing roles (for example, for customer and vendor roles). You should check these settings, even if you only planto use the roles and business partner attributes provided by SAP.
Most of these settings are dependent on the role of the business partner.
You might need certain roles that are informational only. In that case, SAP recommends that you copy an existing informational standard role (such as "Property Developer") to the customer name range (starting with Y or Z) and modify them in these IMG activities: - Business Partner Role Categories
- Assign Role Category to an Application
- Specify Number Range (Grouping) and Address Type
- General Settings for Business Partner
Here you make settings for Central Business Partner Management, if you did not already make these settings in the IMG for the central business partner.
- Other Settings for Business Partner
Here you make settings cross-partner settings that are not in the IMG for the central business partner.
