Use

In this IMG activity, you define your branches and assign the branches to your companies.

Candidates can use the branch of a company, for example, as a search criterion in the search for jobs and in this way, find out about job postings for a particular branch.

Caution:

Perform this IMG activity in the production system as well.

Requirements

You have defined your companies (IMG activity Define Company).

You have performed the IMG activity Define Business Partner Role for Branches.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Perform the activity Create Branch to create your branches as business partners. In the process, create the branches as organisations in the role branch. In particular, specify the addresses of the branches.
  2. Perform the activity Assign Branches to Company. In the process, assign the branches to the appropriate companies.

Notes

SAP recommends you to maintain companies and branches directly in the application rather than in the IMG. In E-Recruiting, the relevant BSP applications with special user interfaces are at your disposal on the Administrator pages for this.
