In this activity, you define the rules according to which employees' average weekly working time is converted to weeks. The result of the conversion is the week converter.

Choose New Entries.
For each personnel subarea grouping for time recording, define the rules you want to use to convert the weekly working time.
Give each rule a three-digit ID and a name that will enable you to identify it easily.
Specify the method you want the system to use to calculate the weekly working time.
