This BAdI provides two methods that you can use to calculate the duration KPI and/or classification KPI associated with a process instance.
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI provides the following methods.
- DURATION_KPI_CALCULATE
Calculate the duration KPI
- CLASSIFICATION_KPI_CALCULATE
Calculate the Classification KPI
The following filter values are associated with the BAdI:
- PROCESS_TYPE_ID
- PROCESS_VERSION
- KPI_TYPE_ID
