In this IMG activity, you will be prompted to select the Clearance Subtype (either Security or Medical Clearance). Afterwhich, you can define the level of clearance for the Security/Medical Clearance. It is represented by a 2 byte character code followed by its long text description.
Example
For example, you could have 1. Security Clearance 1A - Category 1A meaning that the employee is cleared at the Security 1A level
2. Medical Clearance 02 - Minor Medical Problem meaning that the employee has minor medical problems
