Use

In this IMG activity, you determine the priority of a higher duty position.

You assign the priority based on:

  • Payscale Type
  • Payscale Area
  • Payscale Group
  • Payscale Level

Note

Employees who have received Higher Duty Allowance (HDA) continuously for the past twelve months are eligible for Superannuation calculation based on their HDA.

System computes superable salary based on an employee's highest salary, at the lowest higher duty position in the twelve months preceding the employee's birthday month.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select the Payscale Type.
  3. Select the Payscale Area.
  4. Select the Payscale Group.
  5. Select the Payscale Level.
  6. Enter the validity period for the priority.
  7. Enter the priority in the Byte field.
  8. Save your entries.
