You use this IMG activity if you have been using HR Funds and Position Management up until now and have saved the pay scale evaluations for budget structure elements in the infotype Evaluation Scale (1501). As automatic commitment creation and Personnel Cost Planning always determine the evaluation scale from the infotype planned compensation (1005), you can copy the information from infotype 1501 to infotype 1005 (general fields) or 1514 (additional fields for Germany using this IMG activity. This avoids you having to enter data twice.

Requirements

There must be records for infotype 1501 for budget structure elements or positions.
