Wage type loading

Table T558C for data transfers, RT for payroll results.

Activities

This table contains the wage types that are generated in each period. You must decide which of the previous system wage types you want to keep, remembering that it is not necessary to load into this table the wage types used to calculate profit sharing, economic assistance, taxes, etc.

However, the system does require the following wage types to be loaded into this table:

For all payroll periods (in field ANZHL):

/7S2 Number of days of monthly seniority (generally 5 days).

/207 Fixed value '1'. This value will be used as a dividing factor
for calculating full salary averages for severance payments
(eg 4 or 5 weeks for weekly employees).

For all payroll periods (in field BETRG):

/201 Equal to the amount entered in wage type /0NP
/202 The sum of all wage types that are considered as variable
compensation (such as commissions, bonuses, extra
payments, overtime pay, night bonuses or payments in kind).
/203 The sum of the amount entered in /202 and the amount entered in
/201.
/207 The sum of all wage types that are included in the
Severance payments (full salary) calculation.

Only for the last period of the historical (in field BETRG):

/0NP The employee's normal wage expressed in terms of payroll frequency.
/605 Average of the Target Normal Wage + Variable 12-month
Remuneration (that is, the average of wage types that are
included in the notice calculation).
/607 Average of the full salary for the previous month:
If the employee is a monthly employee, the full salary
of the previous month.
If the employee is a weekly employee, the average
full salary of the last 4 weeks.

Due to specific system requirements, all average bases that have been created for the customer must be included and loaded in each payroll period. Likewise, all payroll processes that use the averages of the previous payroll period, must also be include the average wage types in the historical (taking into account that some of these processes may occur in the first payroll period).
