In this step, you assign wage types to the Bonuses (AWS) wage type group (0AWS) so that they can be used for processing Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) payments.

Requirements

Before you assign AWS wage types to the wage type group, you must have defined the wage types in the step Create AWS Wage Types.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, all user wage types that can be used for AWS processing have already been included in this wage type group.

Activities

  1. Determine the wage types that are required for AWS processing.
  2. Check that these wage types are in the wage type group. If necessary, edit the wage type group to include all relevant wage types by choosing New entries.
