Use

SAP provides you with tools such as the B2A Manager and Status Handler. With these tools you can check exchanges for your Complete Cancel and Replace declaration (type 59). Please note that this flow is not controlled in the Declaration Status infotype (3319), as it is at company and not employee/contract level, like the AED.

Types of N4DS declaration:

  • Standard (51)
  • Supplementary (52)
  • Nil (55)
  • Cancel and replace (59)

Rules

  • A standard declaration (51) can be followed by a single cancel and replace (59) and can be corrected a maximum of three times by subsequent cancel and replace declarations:

Example:

Declaration No.1, standard, type 51

  • Corrected a first time by No.2, type 59, which replaces No.1
  • Corrected a second time by No.3, type 59, which replaces No.2
  • Corrected a third time by No.4, type 59, which replaces No.3.

A standard declaration (51) can be followed by any number of supplementary declarations (52)

A supplementary declaration (52) can be followed by a cancel and replace (59) and can be corrected a maximum of three times by subsequent cancel and replace declarations.

Note: a supplementary declaration cannot be followed by another supplementary declaration.

A nil declaration (55) cannot be followed by a cancel and replace and by a supplementary declaration.
