To calculate exemptions on taxable income, the standard SAP R/3 system uses the information stored in Payroll Mexico -> Taxes -> Income tax->Exemptions.
This table contains the statutary values, and should not be changed by the customer.
Activities
If you want to calculate exemptions on taxable income in a way other than the one used in the standard system, you should include function module EXIT_HMXCISR0_001 of SAP enhancement HRPC3201 in your project, and change it according to your needs.

You should only perform this activity if you fulfil the following conditions:
- The standard SAP processes do not meet your requirements.
- You have a good knowledge of ABAP/4 programming.
- This function module should be used only for the purposes mentioned above. If you use it differently, it is not guaranteed to produce correct results in the system.
