Food vouchers are created on the basis of the Other plans infotype (0377). This infotype is created on the basis of the configuration of the Benefits module, which allows you to enter either a fixed amount or a percentage.
If you enter a percentage, the value of the percentage will depend on the remuneration basis that you use. The standard SAP R/3 system uses the Current wage Benefits (Wage type /102) cumulation basis.

In the standard SAP R/3 system, the limit for food vouchers is calculated using the following formula:

Limit = (Limit percentage * Minimum wage for economic zone *         Monthly days * Calendar days) / Days for monthly         wage

Activities

If you want to use a method other than the one proposed by the system to calculate savings fund contributions, include function module EXIT_HMXCALC0_004 of SAP enhancement HRPC3201 in your project and change this function module according to your needs.
