Use

In this step, you must maintain the characteristics for a Loan Grouping defined by you in the 40LGR feature. These characteristics will be taken into consideration when you are disbursing loans for an employee through Loans Infotype (0045).

You can create a number of records with different characteristics for different periods of time.

Activities

  1. Enter the Start Date and the End Date for which the record is valid.
  2. To determine the loan amount, in the section, Max. Limit on Loan Amount based on, you must enter the
    1. Salary Factor - factor by which your salary, determined by 40LSL feature, is multiplied.
    2. Percent Asset - percentage by which the Asset Value has to be multiplied
    3. Fixed Amount - fixed maximum amount for a Loan Grouping
      4. The minimum of the above three amounts determines the loan amount
  3. In the section, HR-IN: Loan Eligibility checks and limits, you must populate the factors determining the eligibility of an employee for a Loan Grouping.
