  1. Modify the PINCL structure using the CI_PINCL customer include.
  2. Define all fields to be captured and saved into the customer defined tables.
  3. Activate the structure CI_PINCL.
  4. Design customer specific tables or infotypes to store additional information captured during claims processing.
  5. Save all entries.
