Use

This section groups the tools that support exchanges between the company/workplace making the declaration (sender) and the administration receiving the declarations/statements (recipient).

The Electronic Data Interchange or EDI feature thus allows you to transfer declarations to the official site for social declarations (www.net-entreprises.fr).

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP supplies, as standard, forms for the following applications/subapplications:

  • MMP for the wage statement for the payment of sick pay, maternity pay, paternal leave (RPLASMF3)
  • ATT for the wage statement for the payment of industrial accident and occupational illness IJSS (RPLASAF3)
  • ASI for the wage statement for continual interruption of over six months (RPLASIF0)
  • DAT for the industrial accident declaration (RPLDATF2)
  • DUE for the single hiring declaration (RPLDUEF0)
  • DMMO for the declaration of workforce movements (RPLDMOF0)

  • for the units on the mapping tool for forms of address and for the Roles/Contact Persons to define the senders and recipients of your exchange
