Use
This activity enables you to classify the TNM cost items into 2483 categories. This configuration will supply lines a, b, h and i of frame F on the declaration.
Note
A cost item classified DEPAUT is cumulated either in line a or in one of the sublines b, depending on whether the training (object E) to which it refers is Internal or External respectively.
The categories HEBER and DEPTRA are both processed in line h of declaration 2483 but, for the HEBER category, the cost item filled in at session level (object E) is only taken into account if, in the associated TN, the 2483 financing category is 03 (Company).
With the DEPTRA value, the cost item is taken into account regardless of the financing category defined for the associated TN.
Specific cost items to identify the amount used to fill in line g in frame F:
You assign these cost items to category 2483 VLOPCA, Free payments to approved social collector agency (OPCA). If, in parallel, you maintain the TNM_VOCP constant in the activity Set Numeric Data for Frames in Declaration 2483, the amount in T5F5Q is added to the amount resulting from the cost item calculation.
