Use
The Royal Decree-Law 3/2012 (RDL 3/2012) contains changes regarding contract terminations due to unjustified dismissal, previously established in Section 1 of Article 56 of the Revised Text of the Workers' Statute, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of 24 March.
Contracts entered into from the effective date of the RDL 3/2012 must adhere to the changes established in paragraphs seven, eight and nine of Article 18 of the RDL 3/2012.
Contracts formalized before the effective date of the RDL 3/2012 are calculated differently, according to temporary provision five of the RDL 3/2012.
In this Customizing Activity, indicate the effective date of the changes in the contract terminations due to unjustified dismissal.
Requirements
