Use

In this Customizing activity, you set up the following wage types for your own wage type area:

  • OR0A        Adjustment Allowance RLP
  • ORVA    Adjustment Allowance Pension RLP
  • OR0V        Entry of Basic Amount Adjustment Allowance

Copy the wage types proposed by the system to your own wage type area so that they can be used for the payroll run in the relevant cases.

Activities

To transfer the wage types to your wage type area, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose the maintenance action Copy.
  2. Enter the country grouping 01 for Germany.

    The table Copy Wage Types appears.

  3. If the wage types OR0A, ORVA, and OR0V are not displayed in the table, enter the key (OR0A, ORVA, and OR0V) in the column OLArt in each case and choose Continue.
  4. In the column CLArt, assign your own ID to each of the proposed wage types.

    Note that your own ID must start with a number; otherwise, original wage types provided by SAP will be overwritten.

  5. Then enter the long text and short text for the wage type in accordance with your requirements.
  6. Select the wage type and choose Copy.
