Use
In this Customizing activity you specify the weekly working time as stipulated in the work contract, which is required for semiretirement for the earnings structure survey.
Due to the different models for semiretirement (block model, continuous part-time model) and the different options for mapping these models in the system, the weekly working time as stipulated in the work contract cannot be derived without additional information from the Planned Working Time (IT0007) infotype.
To derive the standard working time from the weekly working time in the Planned Working Time infotype, it is possible, for each semiretirement phase (for example, working phase, free phase), to specify which working time in the Planned Working Time infotype in each phase is stored compared with the previous working time.
Activities
If the Percentage of Previous Working Time field has not previously been maintained for the semiretirement phases, edit this field for all semiretirement phases used.
Dependencies
The Percentage of Previous Working Time field was retroactively included in the table for semiretirement phases in 2001 and was previously used only for evaluations in the public sector area.
Example
For an employee in semiretirement in the part-time model, the actual working time of 20 hours per week during semiretirement is stored in the Planned Working Time infotype. Therefore, the working time is 50% of the working time before the start of semiretirement.
In the working phase of the block time model, the actual working time of 40 hours per week is also predefined. This is 100 % of the working time before the start of semiretirement. In both cases, you can use the Percentage of Previous Working Time and the employment percentage, compared with the full-time work, to determine the standard working time.
