You can use this activity to assign the AGS numbers to the relevant employee.

You start a report that fills the municipal number in infotype 0012 (Tax Number D) for persons subject to tax without restriction. The municipality number is read via the postal code of the main residence from infotype 0006 (Addresses) on September 30 of the previous year. If no infotype record exists for this period, the current infotype record is read.

Then check the entries in infotype 0012 (Tax Number D).
