Use

Employment tax statements that are to be reported to the tax office should be saved.
An optical archive is used as a storage tool.
The settings that you need to make to assign an optical archive to the employment tax statement are described below.

You have set up an optical archive.

Standard settings

For the employment tax statement, object type TAXCERPYDE and document type HRODELSTB are defined.

Activities

Assigning Parameters to SAPscript Forms

  1. Perform the Customizing activity SAPscript Forms -> Assign Parameters to SAPscript Forms with country grouping '01' and area 'ST'.
  2. Select the required form and choose Detail.
  3. For each form, activate or deactivate the archive when printing switch.

Editing Relationships

  1. Perform the Customizing activity Edit Links.
    (For more information, see the documentation for the Customizing activity).
  2. Assign your storage system to the employment tax statement (object type TAXCERPYDE).
