Use
Use this Customizing activity to assign additional wage types to the cumulation wage type AUB2 (Gross Continued Pay from Non-Factored Payments) that belongs to subapplication SVAU (Reimbursement of Employer Expenses: Work Incapacity Fictitious Run).
The cumulation wage types AUB1 (Gross Continued Pay from Non-Factored Salary Components (Correction)) and AUAG (Continued Pay Employer Contribution (Correction)) also belong to the subapplication SVAU. The relevant wage types are already assigned to these cumulation wage types in the standard system and usually do not need to be added.
Requirements
In the SVAA fictitious run (AAG work incapacity), a split of the payroll tables into WPBP (workplace/basic pay) and SI (social insurance) is carried out so that the remunerations are partial-period factored to this time period. That is the only way it is possible to calculate a continued pay remuneration or the SI employer contributions allocated for this period.
However, this procedure only works for salary components that were partial-period factored to individual WPBP splits. Salary components that were not partial-period factored are assigned to a specific WPBP period and lead to an incorrect result. These salary components must be given special treatment in the fictitious run.
In the standard system, the following salary components that were not partial-period factored are already recognized:
- Imputed income from company car
- Employer#s contribution to capital formation
- Current deferred compensation from AVmG (German Pension Reform)
If you have additional current salary components that are not partial-period factored, enter the corresponding wage types in cumulation wage type AUB2, since they otherwise would lead to incorrect results in the fictitious run.
Standard settings
The relevant wage types are already assigned to the cumulation wage types AUB1 and AUAG in the standard system and thus do not need to added.
