Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign to the cumulation wage types relevant for the value credit according to labor legislation (for example, Dynamic Value Credit, Static Value Credit) the associated wage types.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Start the activity and select the country grouping 01 (Germany).
  2. Enter the subapplication you want, and choose Transfer:
    • ATZH Semiretirement: Value Credit According to Labor Legislation TV Bund
    • ATZI Semiretirement: Value Credit According to Labor Legislation TV FlexAZ (VKA)
  3. Assign the associated wage types to the relevant cumulation wage types.
    Special feature for TV Bund (federal collective agreement): Cumulation wage type JSZ (Annual Special Payment)
    This cumulation wage type is used to recognize annual special payments with regard to the regulation for surplus special payments and is relevant for TV Bund only.
    Special feature for TV Bund (collective agreement for flexible semiretirement): Wage types in accordance with § 3b EStG
    These wage types (processing class 39 = 5 or 6) are to be assigned to the value credit for their share that is subject to tax, which is normally the regular regulation. The tax-exempt share is then automatically assigned to the value credit STFR when DATZ AWGH VK39 is called. Therefore, this key for the tax-exempt value credit cannot be changed.
  4. Choose Save.
