Use

The report for creating the withholding tax accounting data determines the number of children based on the withholding tax scale.

In this Customizing activity, you assign the number of children to the withholding tax rate.

The number of children is evaluated only for the withholding tax rates that you assigned to the EMP-ACI rate codes B or C in the Customizing activity Assign Withholding Tax Scale to Scale Code for XML File. EMP-ACI always specifies the number of children as zero for rate codes A and D.
