Use

In this Customizing activity you specify which wage types the report "Data Extractor for Uniform Wage Notification Procedure (ELM)" (RPLELMC0) considers in the "BFS/Statistics" domain.

Cumulation wage types, into which the wage types can be included positively or negatively, form the basis of the evaluation.

There are two ways to specify the cumulation wage types:

  • Recommended: Create all cumulation wage types in the view Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (Customer Table) (V_T596J)
  • Enhance cumulation wage types that are new to ELM in the view Form-Related Control of Wage Types (VV_T512E_BFS1_AL0)

Requirements

In the Control Data Extraction Customizing activity, you have defined a report name and a report variant for the application key BFS.

The following applies to this report variant:

  • Recommended: If you want to create the cumulation wage types in the view Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (Customer Table) (V_T596J), the Use CWg Types in T596J checkbox must be selected. In the standard variant SAP&ELM, this checkbox is selected.
  • If you want to enhance the new cumulation wage types in the view Form-Related Control of Wage Types (VV_T512E_BFS1_AL0), you must deselect the Use CWg Types in T596J checkbox.

Standard settings

Activities

Depending on the information in the report variants used, edit one of the following views:

  • Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types (Customer Table) (V_T596J) (recommended):
    1. Perform the Customizing activity Assign Wage Types (ELM).
    2. Assign the wage types that you use to all of the cumulation wage types specified in the input help. For ease of use, in square parentheses, the cumulation wage type text contains the abbreviation used in the "Statistics" column of the model wage type master from the "Guidelines for Wage Data Processing" (www.swissdec.ch). The guidelines also contain the definitions of the individual abbreviations (see the chapter on statistics).
  • Form-Related Control of Wage Types (VV_T512E_BFS1_AL0):
    1. Perform the Customizing activity Evaluations and Statistics -> Evaluations Swiss Federal Office of Statistics -> BFS # Statistics Level and Structure of Wages -> Assign Wage Types.
    2. Add entries for the following cumulation wage types:
      EXTB        "BFS: [ZL] Supplementary Benefits (New with ELM)"
      LABR        "BFS: [AK] Labor Costs Statistics (New with ELM)"
      PAY3        "BFS: [DL] Third-Party Payments (New with ELM)"
