In this step of the Implementation Guide, you assign different wage types to the different absence types (expired or doubled), depending on the case.
Notes:
- Only wage types coming from the infotype Absences(IT2001) and connected to leave can be specified as incoming wage types.
- To keep data consistency, this step must be carried out based on the customizing of absence valuation.
Requirements
Before carrying out this step, it is necessary to:
Activities
- Specify values for the fields:
- Employee groupings for absence valuation
- Absence valuation rule
- Code for absence valuation in off-cycle payroll
- Incoming wage type (contains absence days)
- Outgoing wage type (contains days to be paid in double)
- Save your entries.
