Use
In this Customizing activity, you make the following settings:
- Assignment of the functional area
- Set up of statement wage types
- Control of window elements
- Assignment of statement functions
- Set up of spool parameters
Activities
The first two steps are described in the section Set Up Standard Statements --> Set Up Statement Parameters.
Step 3 - Control of window elements
- On the overview screen, you define how the window elements are printed for each window. Choose the input help to display all of the window elements for the active SAPscript form. A window element is printed only if it is entered here. You define the sequence using a sequence number.
- On the detail screen, you define how the window elements are printed:
- You can choose Top, Body, or Bottom as the printing area.
- You control how the table is printed by specifying:
- The table name
- The statement wage type, if the table contains this field
- Whether you want to print all table records, the most recent table record, or the first table record
- The number of table columns
This point is linked directly to the settings for the SAPscript form. For more information, see Set Up SAPscript Form.
- A condition for printing a table entry (optional). If the statement driver iterates via a statement table when printing, the entry is printed only if the condition encrypted here is fulfilled. You can formulate the condition after choosing the Expand; Enlarge pushbutton.
Step 4 - Assignment of statement functions
Here you assign the statement functions to the statement.
You use either the standard statement functions or customer-specific functions that you have created using a user exit. You create customer-specific statement functions in the User Exit step.
