In this step you can adjust the SAPscript form for accounting with the local tax office to suit your needs. You only need to carry out the following activities if you want to make changes in the SAP script form. In most cases the standard form is sufficient.

Before you redesign the form, copy it into the customer name range. Rearranging a form can be either the enhancement through new text elements or redesigning the layout.
Designing the layout usually entails special changes in the paragraph and font format and the Customizing settings relevant for the order of the text elements.

Activities

Copy the form into the customer name range.

  1. Choose the action Copy SAPscript form.

    You reach the screen Copy Forms Between Two Clients.

  2. Enter the value HR_AT_BET_01 into the field Form name.
  3. Enter a name for your customer form into the field Target form

    You must choose the name of the customer name range form according to the conventions for names (either the letter Y or Z must fill the first space).

Set up SAPscript form

  1. Choose the action Set Up SAPscript Form.

    You reach the initial screen of the Form Painter

    For more information on processing the form, choose the menu path Help -> Application help.

  2. Enter the name of your customer form in the field Form.
  3. Make the changes to the form.
  4. If you want to print your company logo on the form, choose Environment -> Standard text.

    You reach the screen Standard Text: Request.

    In the Text name field, enter the value HR_0000_LOGO.

    Change the logo accordingly. Using the RSTXLDMC report (Upload of TIFF Graphics to SAPscript Texts) you can upload your logo to the SAP R/3 system.

  5. If you want to include your company's header, choose Environment -> Standard text.

    You reach the screen Standard Text: Request.

    In the Text name field, enter the value HR_0000_FOOTER.

    Change the standard text accordingly.

  6. Save your changes and activate the redesigned form by choosing either Form -> Activate or the corresponding icon.
