Use

In this activity you define the off-cycle payroll reasons for which the system runs function Payroll adjustment to use divider 30 (ARDIV) when calculating the off-cycle payroll.

The system adjusts the duration of the absences in order to use Divider 30 for the off-cycle payroll reasons you choose.

For more details on the adjustment, see the function documentation ARDIV.

Note

For the off-cycle payroll reasons '02' and '16' you do not need to set this activity. It has to be done in constant ADE30 as follows:

  • ADE30 value equal to 0 (zero): the system DOES NOT run function ARDIV in the off-cycle payroll (reasons '02' and '16').
  • ADE30 value equal to 1 (one): the system runs function ARDIV in the off-cycle payroll (reasons '02' and '16').

    The settings carried out in this activity DO NOT overwrite the DE30 setting.
