Use

In this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity, you use a wizard to configure an application that is recognizable in the Software Agent Framework (SAF). Each application represents a business application that is identified by a name to which you assign one or more existing knowledge bases and learning engines.

Example
The knowledge search in the Interaction Center WebClient is used by agents to search different knowledge bases. It is identified in this wizard by the name ICWEBCLIENT. By assigning different knowledge bases to ICWEBCLIENT in this wizard, you make it possible for agents to select and search these knowledge bases in the knowledge search of the IC WebClient.

Requirements

You have configured the knowledge bases in the IMG activity Name and Configure Knowledge Base.

You have defined the learning engines in the IMG activity Configure Learning Engine.

Activities

The wizard comprises the following steps:

  1. Enter Application Name
  2. Assign Knowledge Bases
  3. Assign Different XSL Transformations
  4. Assign Learning Engines
  5. Define Knowledge Base Dependency for Searches
  6. Define Search Query Parameters
