Use
In this IMG activity, you can define the calculation sheet profile that you want to use for the used-vehicle process.
Requirements
In Customizing for Sales and Distribution, you must have defined the conditions and the pricing procedure you would like to use for the used-vehicle process. It is recommended to create pricing procedure with subtotals which can be later assigned to VMS actions.
You should have created your own SD document type and made sure that documents of this type will have no impact on goods movement or value flow.
You should have created a dummy partner to be used for the sales documents generated to store in the calculation sheet.
Standard settings
Activities
In the calculation sheet profile header, enter the profile ID, pricing procedure and customer ID as Sold-to party.
Specify the sales organization, distribution channel and division. These fields are required for the SD document created to store in the calculation sheet.
Access the view Mapping of steps to actions and assign relevant actions to the step numbers in the pricing procedure (for example, subtotal step numbers). In the standard delivery, actions BBDF, POEU, RVAL and SPEU can be integrated with the calculation sheet.
Access the view Actions allowed to modify calc. sheet step and specify which steps can be modified additionally by a particular action indirectly. For example, action BBDF is normally executed before any other action, so changes to the section of the calculation sheet associated with action BBDF will cause changes to subtotals assigned to other actions. This has to be defined explicitly in Customizing.
