Use

With this Business Add-In you can transfer additional WBS element fields to the asset when you create a completed asset for a WBS element.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system this Business Add-In is not active.

In the standard system, the following fields are already transferred to an asset:

  • anla-bukrs = prps-abukr/prps-pbukr
  • anlz-kostl = prps-akstl/prps-fkstl
  • anla-txt50 = prps-post1
  • anlz-gsber = prps-pgsbr
  • anlz-werks = prps-werks
  • anlz-stort = prps-stort
  • anlz-txjcd = prps-txjcd
  • prps-objnr
  • prps-imprf
  • tcj41-aprof (project profile)

Activities

In order to activate the Business Add-In, you must create an active implementation.

Example

In the implementation class example CL_EXM_IM_WBS_FIELDS_FOR_ASSET the internal WBS number PRPS-PSPNR is transferred to the field ANLA-POSN R in the method IF_EX_WBS_FIELDS_FOR_ASSET~SET_ANLA_ANLZ in addition to the fields listed above. Note that a temporary number is transferred for newly created WBS elements when you create the asset. This number is replaced by a final number only after you save.

If you want to transfer this internal WBS element number, copy the entire example coding from the method IF_EX_WBS_FIELDS_FOR_ASSET~ANL_SWITCH_PSPNR. In this way, the temporary number is replaced in the asset also.
