Use
In this IMG activity, you define the company code-specific settings for retentions. You can also display an overview of the most important settings for retentions at any time.
You can define the following settings for each company code:
- Due date is required field
If you set this indicator, the Due Date for Retention field in the incoming invoice becomes a required field.
You can use the BAdI: Default Values and Input Parameters for Retention to override this Customizing setting.
- Special G/L indicator
Enter the special G/L indicator that you want to use to post retention amounts from Logistics Invoice Verification.
If you do not specify a special G/L indicator, the system uses the H special G/L indicator for retention.
- Withholding tax
This field is only relevant if withholding tax is posted in the incoming invoice. If you set this indicator, the system posts withholding tax in the retention document.
