In this step, you create or delete PF accounts in a test system. This allows you to access accounts quickly for testing purposes, and clean up account data.

New accounts are defined by the following parameters:

  • Pension fund
  • Start and end dates of validity period
  • Lock data
  • Account type
  • Account currency

You create an account with the above values for each fund and personnel number.

When you delete accounts, you will delete all the account numbers and postings for the funds you specify. If you do not specify a fund, all account and postings will be deleted.

Warning

You must never perform this step in a productive system. Creating and, in particular, deleting accounts and postings in a productive system can cause serious damage and inconsistencies in your dataset.

Activities

  1. In the field Selection, delimit the personnel numbers for which you want to create accounts.
  2. Enter the fund(s) for which you want to create or delete accounts.
  3. Either flag the activity Create accounts, or the activity Delete accounts and all contents.
  4. Define the aforementioned parameters for creating accounts.
  5. Choose Execute.
