You assign a PF calculation to your funds and determine which PC activities are to be used for executing the individual steps of the calculation in this work step. The possible input values are determined using the input parameter quantities, which you assign to the calculation.
Activities
Choose the fund for which you want to maintain calculations.
Choose New Entries.
Enter the calculation to be used.
Determine the PC activity that should be executed.
Enter a value type for controlling the end date in the Individual Values PF infotype (0279). If you do not make an entry here, the 279 infotype is created with the end date 12/31/9999.
Enter a value type for controlling the start date in the Individual Values PF infotype (0279). If you do not make an entry here, the 279 infotype is created with the start date of the source infotype (s. Infotype for Date).
Enter a value type for the product of the source infotype 0279 to be created. If a value type is entered here, only the product is created, which corresponds to the value of the value type. Leave the field empty, if you want to create all products.
Enter an infotype with a start date which should be used as the default value for the reference date.
Highlight the Existing Products option, if you want to recalculate products, which exist for the key date.
Highlight the Retroactive Accounting option if the PF recalculation should be executed again.
Highlight the Write History option, if the PF calculation should be noted in the history. This PF recalculation can then be repeated automatically, if a recalculation is executed in the past, which triggers retroactive accounting.
Enter the line number in the selections dialog box.
