In this step, you define the budget currency for HR Funds and Position Management. This is the currency in which budgets are defined within a specific period.

Example
The budgets of budget structure elements are managed in the budget currency.
Recommendation
Use only one budget currency for every financial year, and never change the budget currency during a financial year (this can give rise to inconsistent data).
Activities
To define the budget currency for HR Funds and Position Management, proceed as follows:
- Specify the currency you require and the corresponding validity period.
- Choose Save.
