In this step, you make settings for creating links between attendees (for example, companies) and their respective individual attendees.
For every object type flagged as an 'individual attendee' in the step "Allowed attendee types/organizer types", you must specify an evaluation path which defines how to find the corresponding company attendee of an individual attendee.
If you also determined in this step that the individual attendee be created when a room is booked or reserved, you must specify here how the individual attendees are related with the company attendee.
Consequently, this step includes the following individual steps:
- You specify the inspection path (evaluation path) used to find the attendee or the company to which an individual attendee belongs.
- You specify the relationship which is set up when a new individual attendee is created (between this new individual attendee and the pertinent attendee or the company)

Before you change the table parameters in any way, you should consult SAP!

You should work with the standard SAP R/3 System settings. In this case, you do not need to carry out any activities.
