In this step, you determine which object types in Room Reservation Management are allowed as attendee types or organizer types.

This step includes the following single steps:

  • You enter all object types whose objects can be booked as attendees in Room Reservation Management.
  • For each object type you specify:
    • whether objects of this type are also allowed as organizers of an event.
    • whether individual attendees can be entered (with names) for an attendee of this type, and which object type these individual attendees are.
    • whether these individual attendees must already exist in the database when they are entered, or if they have to be created as new objects in the system
    • the evaluation path used for listing all bookings of an attendee or the individual attendees

Please consult SAP before you make changes to the table parameters!

You should work with the standard SAP R/3 System settings. In this case, you will not need to carry out any activities.
