In this step, you can define the type of relationship between your employees and their relatives.
Example
You want to store personal data on the spouse or the children.
Requirements
Check the legislation or the corresponding collective agreement to see whether you are allowed to, or are required to store data on your employees' family members.
Standard settings
The standard SAP System contains the most common types of relationship for family members.
Recommendation
You can only store additional information on children in the supplementary fields that have been defined for family type "2" (child), as a result of this, do not change the SAP default settings.
You can, however, create additional types of relationships.
Activities
- Check the SAP default settings.
- If necessary, create new entries.
Then, define the time constraint for the new entry.
