In this workstep you can link the Resumix data fields with the SAP data fields or possibly convert them in order to facilitate the transfer of data relating to applicants being hired.
Standard settings
Several sample entries are included as SAP standard.
Recommendation
You can also include other fields, in particular fom the customer fields in the Resumix System.
Activities
In the field Table enter the table name from the Resumix System.
In the field Field name (Resumix) enter the internal field name of the field in the Resumix System into which the data is to be transferred.
In the field Version enter the version of the Resumix installation. The entry is not checked against the actual version of the Resumix installation. The links between the Resumix data fields and the SAP data fields are read with the parameter RELEASE from the table 'Default values for the SAP-Resumix interface' (T752B).

Further notes
If the structure of the Resumix data does not change significantly during a Release update, it is not necessary to supplement new entries with the new Release identification. If this is the case, you can leave the parameter RELEASE in the table 'Default values for the SAP Resumix interface' (T752B) unchanged.
