Use

In this IMG activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication STAT. The reports for preparing statistical data, HRULSTAT and HRULSTAT_VIEW, use the subapplication.

The subapplication comprises the following sections:

  • EE00 - Data for each employee
  • ER00 - Data for each employer
  • IFTY - Infotypes that contain employee data and which the DAQ tool can access directly.
  • MONE - Fields containing monetary amounts that are taken from payroll.
  • REPT - Reporting time types. You can create and set up report time types in Customizing for Time Management, by choosing Information System -> Settings for Reporting -> Employee Time and Labor Data -> Define Reporting Time Types. For example, you want to compile statistics on the working times of a certain category of employees. To do this, you create a new reporting time type.
If you create your own reporting time types, proceed as follows:
    • Create a new field in the section REPT (Create Fields of the Section).
    • In Fields of the Form, customize your fields by using REPT1 (see below) as a template. Note: You must use the function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_REPTT and Reporting Time Type in the Field field.
    • To retrieve data from your reporting time type as part of the STAT subapplication when you execute the Statistical Data Preparation report, enter the reporting time type in the IMG activity Define Fields and Conditions in Forms. To do this, call the details for the field in Fields of the Form and enter your reporting time type in the Field field. Furthermore, enter the function module that reads data from the reporting time type data, HR_RU_DAQ_GET_REPTT.
    • REPT1 - Number of hours not worked due to a management decision. This data is needed in form P-4, part 2 on page 4, row number 13.
If you customize the STAT subapplication for form P-4, enter the number of hours in the Field field.
    • REPT2 - Number of vacation days due to a management decision. This part includes unpaid and partially paid vacation days. Report type 00000002 shows an example.
    • REPT3 - See REPT2, but REPT3 covers only unpaid days. Report type 00000003 shows an example.
    • REPT4 - See REPT2, but REPT4 covers only partially paid days. Report type 00000004 shows an example.

You use Customer-Specific Redefinition of Fields to enter your own values for REPT1 through REPT4.

  • SAVR - This section contains average number calculations
    • AEMI - Number of days included in the calculation of the average number of employees using the calendar day method.
    • AEMP - Number of days included in the calculation of the average number of employees using the working time method.
For example, according to legislation, if your employees have more than one job, you calculate the average number of employees in your company using the working time method. The function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_PERNR_EMPL_PROC calculates the average number.
To adjust the way in which the system calculates the working time, you make settings in Fields of the Form for fields AEMP and AEMI.
By default, the system reads the employment percentage from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007). If you want the system to instead read the Relationships infotype (1001) in Organizational Management, enter 1001 in the Table field.
Make sure that you use the Russian factory calendar, by entering RU in the Field field.
Other fields are based on function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_PERNR_AVR and describe the group to which employees belong. For each group (represented by a field beginning AVR*, for example, AVRE), the standard system contains two fields (for example, AVRE and NAVRE) The system uses fields AVRE and NAVRE when an employee has more than one employer: AVRE returns the value X to show that an employee has more than one employer and NAVRE returns the value 1 if an employee has more than one employer on the last day of the reporting period.
  • CALC - Calculation of fields. The system collects data related to the average number of employees and temporary fields to calculate the average number of employees. The system uses the factory calendar for this calculation (enter RU in the Field field).
The main field in this section is AVREN (average number of employees). This field has been customized using group AVRN (see Field Groups of the Form) as follows:
    • AVREN = AVRIE + AVRIP
AVRIE is the average number of employees using the calendar method (factory calendar) and is calculated as follows: the sum of AEMI divided by WOSCH (see group AVRI in Field Groups of the Form). WOSCH is the total number of calendar days in the reporting period.
AVRIP is the average number of employees using the working time method and is calculated as follows: the sum of AEMP divided by WOSCW (see group AVRP in Field Groups of the Form). WOSCW is the total number of working days in the reporting period according to the factory calendar that you use.
  • WCCO - Compensation for special work conditions
This section covers fields on the third page of form 1-T, which shows compensation employees receive for working in hazardous or dangerous working conditions. The section contains the following fields:
    • HWCL1 (Hazardous working conditions (HWC) list 1) and HWC list 2 are calculated by function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_STAT_WC
HWCL1 is based on calculation process RUV8 and HWCL2 is based on calculation process RUV9 (see Customizing for Personnel Management, by choosing Personnel Administration -> Evaluation Basis -> Calculation of Employment Period -> Calculation Process -> Define Calculation Process).
Note: To enable the system to select the correct employee data for the employment period, for calculation process RUV8 and RUV9, you enter the object identifier for the corresponding HWC list. By default, RUV8 contains 00000001 and RUV9 contains 00000002. You make this setting in Customizing for Personnel Management , by choosing Personnel Administration -> Evaluation Basis -> Calculation of Employment Period -> Valuation Model -> Selection Rule -> Define Selection Rule.
The other fields in the WCCO section are based on function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_STAT_WCS and the data in the IMG activity Determine Working Conditions Environment.
  • WCST - Working conditions environment
The fields in this section relate to the second page of form 1-T. All fields are based on function module HR_RU_DAQ_GET_STAT_WCS and the date in the IMG activity Determine Working Conditions Environment.
Note: For each of the fields in section WCST, you must enter the number of working conditions environment, which you enter in the IMG activity Determine Working Conditions Environment, in the Table field within Fields of the Form.
