Use
In this Customizing activity, you enter parameters to configure the way in which the Form P-4 (HRULP4) report works.
You can use one or more of the following parameters with the HRULP4 program:
Parameter Possible Values Meaning
P_FIRE01 X Includes the dismissal of the employee in the report for the current month in case the employee works on the last day of the current month but does not work from the first day of the next month.
P_WBPB01 X Does not calculate the working hours of internal employees.
P_ROU_COL2 0 or 1 Sets the number of digits after the decimal point that the report has to use when rounding data for the column in the form that contains the average number of payroll employees without external part-time employees.
P_ROU_EXT 0 or 1 Sets the number of digits after the decimal point that the report has to use when rounding data for the column in the form that contains the average number of external part-time employees.
P_ROU_COL4 0 or 1 Sets the number of digits after the decimal point that the report has to use when rounding data for the column in the form that contains the average number of employees who performed work under contracts of civiel law.
P_2_1INT X Does not include employees concurrently employed by the same company in the calculation for the column of the form that contains the number of working hours performed by payroll employees since the beginning of the year.
P_END_OF_QUARTER X Calculates some figures, which are calculated on a quarterly basis by default, before the end of the quarter. For example, by default, the following data of the form are calculated at the end of each quarter only:
- Number of working hours performed by payroll employees since the beginning of the year
- Number of working hours performed by external part-time employees since the beginning of the year
- Amount of social payments for employees since the beginning of the year in thousands of roubles.
If this parameter is switched on, these figures are calculated any time when you run the report.
