Use
In this IMG activity, you specify for which reports you want the system to disable error messages and other log entries, which it generates in the background.
You disable report logs to improve system performance and reduce redundant log entries in your system when you run reports in the background.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains entries for all reports that use the log class CL_HRPADRU_LOG.
Activities
Activate logs for reports as required.
If you run reports that use the log class CL_HRPADRU_LOG and you do not require logs for the report, enter the report and select Off.
Example
You prepare form T-61 for 10,000 employees in your company.
Run the report that generates form T-61, HRULT61, as a background job. Since you are unable to review all messages related to the report, ensure that the log function is switched off for HRULT61.
You prepare form T-61 for 10 employees in your company.
Since you are running the report for only a small number of employees run the report in online mode. The system logs any errors automatically.
