In this step you specify your company's tax, CPF identification numbers and UEN (Unique Entity Number), as issued by the respective authorities. The data you enter here can then be used by the system to produce correct address headers and the like when dealing with the above mentioned authorities.

Note that you can store different identification numbers for the different personnel subareas of your company, should you require to do so.

Standard settings

The SAP standard delivery systme contains sample entries that you can use as models for your own entries.

Activities

Proceed as follows to store your company's tax and CPÜF identification numbers in the system:

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter the personnel area and subarea whose identification numbers you want to maintain.
  3. Enter the institution of Social Provident Funds that issued the identification number.
  4. Enter the tax identification, CPF identification and UEN.
  5. Save your entries.
