Customize IMG step: Personnel Administration -> Work Executions Adjustement -> Personnel Actions -> Create reasons for personnel events.

Follow the steps below for each personnel action type:

  • Indicate a type and a corresponding legal reason in the fields Actv1 and Reas.
  • If you want to run the report Unique Report (RPCUNRP0), enter an incoming reason in the field Company incoming reason for Unique Report and an outgoing reason in the field Company outgoing reason for Unique Report.
  • Save the entries.
