In this step, you can assign which wage type should be used as the base amount for pay scale base retirement allowance amount calculation per pay scale group and level. This is done by defining wage types into the Pay Scale Group table.
NOTE:
You only need to carry out this step if you defined specific wage types used as the base wage type for pay scale base retirement allowance amount calculation. If you use wage types which are already defined in the Pay Scale Group table, like M000 (Basic Pay), you do not need to define again.
Example
The basic pay of each pay scale group and level defined in the Pay ScaleGroup table is to be used as the base amount.
Requirements
The wage types which are to be used as base amount must be defined and and included in the base amount wage type model.
Standard settings
In the standard setting, M000 (Basic Pay) is used as the base amount wage type for pay scale base retirement allowance amount calculation.
Activities
Specify pay scale type and area which you are going to set up.
Define wage types and their amount for each pay scale group and level combination.
