In this step, you can define the wage type model and assign your wage types to a wage type model for basic pay retirement allowance amount calculation.
The wage type models and assigned wage types will be used as the basis for the retirement allowance amount calculation.
The wage type model you defined in this step will be assigned to a personnel area and personnel subarea in the next step. So, you must define more than one wage type model if different models of base wage types for retirement allowance amount calculation exist in your company.
