In this step, you set up possible reason codes for each Acquired/Lost indicator in Subtype 1 - Health Insurance.
This step has two screens:
- a pop-up screen
- a list screen
A pop-up screen appears first.
In this screen, value "1" (Health Insurance) is set as a subtype.
For the Acquired/Lost field, please select an Acquired/Lost indicator you would like to configure.
A list screen will appear where you can display/enter a list of possible reason codes and their texts for the selected Acquired/Lost indicator.
Requirements
In order to define possible reason codes for each Acquired/Lost indicator for health insurance, you must have set up Indicator for Acquired/Lost.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the current Japanese regulation.
Recommendation
The standard entries should be maintained only when Japanese regulation changes.
Otherwise, we recommend you do not change the standard configuration, since inaccurate settings may cause malfunction of the Japanese legal reports.
However, if you do have to add new entries, bear in mind the only possible values you can set for the reason indicator range from 'Ux' to 'Zx', where 'x' is optional.
Any other values are reserved, and must not be used.
